Chapter 10.04. DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS |
§ 10.04.170. McAllister Creek.
It is unlawful for any person to discharge a firearm at any time in the following described area of said county:
Beginning at the intersection of McAllister Creek and the north line of Martin Way, said point being in Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 1 East, W.M.; thence northerly along said McAllister Creek to the southerly shoreline of Puget Sound in Section 30, Township 19 North, Range 1 East, W.M.; thence northwesterly along said shoreline to a point being one-quarter of a mile west of the Willamette Meridian line, said point being in Section 25, Township 19 North, Range 1 West, W.M.; thence southerly on a line parallel to and one-quarter of a mile west of the said Willamette Meridian line to its intersection with the north line of Martin Way in Section 12, Township 18 North, Range 1 West, W.M.; thence northeasterly along said north line of Martin Way to the point of beginning.
Provided, that the firing of shotguns using bird shot will be permitted in the following portion of the above described area:
Beginning at the intersection of McAllister Creek and the North line of State Highway I-5, said point being in Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 1 East, W.M.; thence northerly along said McAllister Creek to the southerly shoreline of Puget Sound in Section 30, Township 19 North, Range 1 East, W.M.; thence northwesterly along said shoreline to a point 300 ft. due west of McAllister Creek, said point being in Section 30, Township 19 North, Range 1 East, W.M.; thence southerly along said line 300 ft. due west of McAllister Creek to a point on the north line of State Highway I-5 lying three hundred feet due west of McAllister Creek, said point being in Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 1 East, W.M.; thence easterly along north line of State Highway I-5 to the point of beginning.
