§ 10.04.110. Penalties for violations.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, on conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or imprisonment in the county jail for not more than thirty days for each offense.
