§ 10.04.100. Budd Inlet and Eld Inlet—Sections 15 to 33.

It is unlawful for any person to discharge a firearm at any time in the county in the following described area: All of the land area of that portion of Township 19 North, Range 2 West, W.M., southwest quarter, from the south line of Section 33, going north to the south line of Section 15, lying west of extreme low water of Budd Inlet on the main bay, and east of extreme low water of Eld Inlet on Mud Bay. The term "firearm" in this section shall not apply to the discharge of shotguns and pistols.
