§ 10.04.090. Budd Inlet and Eld Inlet—Sections 9, 10, 15 and 16.

It is unlawful for any person to discharge a firearm at any time in the county, in the following described area of said county being all of the land area of that portion of Sections 9, 10, 15 and 16, lying west of extreme low water of Budd Inlet and east of extreme low water of Eld Inlet.
